At Cottonworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
